After we have received your registration form:

If you are an invited speaker or have requested financial support and this is approved, your registration fee and accommodation costs will be paid directly by EISfOM to the venue (Best Western County House Hotel). Please note that we are not able to reimburse alternative accommodation arrangements in Brussels. You will have to make your own travel arrangements, and these can be reclaimed from EISfOM after the conference. You will be notified by EISfOM of the maximum allowable amount and procedures for claiming travel expenses.

If you have not requested financial support, or we are unable to offer support, you will be sent an invoice by the Best Western County House Hotel. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until the full fee, net of any charges, has been received by the Hotel. Confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your payment. The Hotel is collecting the seminar fee on behalf of the EISfOM Project (QLK5-2002-02400).

Regristration started on July 1st. If you have not received a response to your registration within 3 weeks of submitting your form, please contact the seminar organiser.
