Although most of the main presentations will be from invited speakers, we are offering participants the opportunity to submit an A4 abstract on activities and experiences to be presented at the seminar as poster and for inclusion in the conference proceedings. The papers submitted should relate to the recommendations developed in the EISfOM project, to be published in September 2005. They will be made available at this webpage.
Deadlines for registration and submission of papers 26 August, 2005 > Extended to 30 September - Registration of intention to present a poster at the seminar (please register your presentation via the registration form). September 23, 2005 > Extended to October 14 - Invited speakers: Submit full paper (four pages); see template below. Please send your paper to the coordinators of the respective work groups and the person you have been in contact with about your paper. - Poster presenters: Please submit the one page abstract on activities and experiences to Helga Willer. The final papers and abstracts must be submitted by 14 October at the very latest in order to be made available to participants in advance of the seminar on the EISfOM membernet.
Invited presentations must not exceed four A 4 pages. Poster papers must be one A 4 page maximum. All papers should be formatted according to the template provided. >> Template
The proceedings will be published after the seminar. Each seminar participant will receive a free copy. The proceedings will include the papers and posters presented at the seminar as well as the recommendations elaborated in the EiSFOM project.
