In the course of EISfOM comprehensive data from 32 European countries were collected and analyzed.
The data have on several occasions been presented and discussed with policy makers, farmers, processors, wholesalers and other actors involved in organic markets. This includes seminars organised and held by EISfOM, but also at international meetings such as the European Joint Organic Congress.
The worked up data and the resulting recommendations have been published by EISfOM partners.
Key publications are to be found below, while an overview of all publications published under the auspice of EISfOM can be found via Organic Eprints.
